What this site collects.
This website is run by Mateus Moutinho and served by Emissario. This page says what it collects, why, and for how long.

No cookies, no tracking scripts
This site sets no cookie and loads no script, font or image from another site. There is no analytics service and no advertising.
Page views
Page views are counted on the server, by Emissario itself, with no script in the page. For each page you open, the server records:
- the page and the time;
- your country, looked up on the server in a local database: your IP address is not sent anywhere for that;
- the type of device, the browser and the operating system, read from the request your browser sends;
- the host name of the site that linked to the page, when there is one;
- your IP address, stored as a keyed hash rather than in clear.
Page views are kept for 90 days, then deleted.
Contact form and implementation requests
Nothing you type is sent until you press the send button. When you do:
- the contact form sends your name, your email, your WhatsApp number if you gave it, and your message;
- an implementation request sends your email, your WhatsApp number if you gave it, your answers to the calculator and the estimate it showed you.
With each message the server keeps the time it arrived, your IP address (as a keyed hash) and its country. These data are used only to answer you and to prepare the work you asked about. They are kept for up to 180 days, then deleted.
The price calculator
The calculator runs in your browser, and so does the PDF, which is never sent. Your answers stay on your device until you press Request implementation.
AI chat
The chat, on the home page and on the chat page, is answered by an AI model, not by a person. The model is run by a third-party AI provider chosen by Mateus Moutinho, and follows instructions Mateus Moutinho writes.
- Each time you send a message, the whole conversation is sent to that provider so it can answer. Do not type sensitive personal data.
- Emissario does not store the conversation: it lives only in your browser, in
localStorageunder the keyemissario-chat, until you press New conversation or clear your browser's data. - For each message, the server records the time, your IP address as a keyed hash and the number of tokens used, to enforce the usage limits. These records are kept for 90 days.
Conversation summaries
Nothing of the conversation reaches Mateus Moutinho unless you press Send a summary to the team and confirm. When you do:
- the whole conversation is sent once more to the AI provider, which writes a short summary, instructed to leave out names, dates, places, document numbers, phone numbers, emails and addresses;
- the server then replaces whatever still looks like a CPF, a CNPJ, an email, a phone or a card number;
- the summary is kept with no IP address, for 90 days, then deleted. You get a reference for it.
An AI can make mistakes, so a summary is treated as personal data: you may ask for it to be deleted, quoting its reference.
Storage in your browser
Only the chat stores something in your browser: the conversation, as described above. Nothing else is stored.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or ask any question about it, by email at the address on the contact page. Emissario can find and erase what it holds about a request.
